Theater to the Highlands Playhouse summer productions and first run movies. The new facility will also have better parking, common facilities and access for all our citizens.
In addition, we have acquired the neighboring Mann property providing us with the adjoining land that fronts Highway 64 (Cashiers Road). This land will be used for parking and a green space for outdoor performances.
Fortunately, the response from supporters like you has been wonderful and we are happy to report that we have achieved over 90% of our funding for the original project raising $9.3 M of our $10 M goal. In addition, donors have stepped up and covered 80% of the cost of the new land acquision.
We are so close. Can you help us? If you can increase your initial gift, there are naming opportunities still available for your consideration. Contact us for the perfect naming opportunity.
Thank you again for your support, we wouldn’t be where we are without YOU!

Our New Theater - Change is in the Air!
If you have been in town lately, you know that there is plenty of action at the PAC. Construction is underway for the renovation and expansion of the PAC to better meet the needs of the community by providing the plateau with a world class facility for the performing arts. With this renovation, we will be able to accommodate all the performing arts under one roof from the Highlands Cashiers Players, the Highlands Cashiers Chamber Music Festival, the live streaming of the Met Opera and National Theater of London, the PAC Youth.
